Tip Wizard offers three distinct functionalities: Spray Tip Search, Fertilizer Metering Orifice Search, and Ball Flow Indicator Search, each tailored to meet specific application needs.

Spray Tip Search: This feature leverages industry-leading data to transform known broadcast chemical spray applications into actionable insights. It delivers educational metrics such as the percentage of driftable fines (% less than 141µ), the percentage of small droplets (% less than 600), and targets droplet sizes that align with the requirements of various chemicals. Additionally, Tip Wizard excels in providing comprehensive calculations for PWM spray systems including, but not limited to, Capstan PinPoint & EVO, Case AimCommand, John Deere ExactApply, and Raven Hawkeye. All Combo-Jet tips are recommended for use with PWM systems.

Fertilizer Metering Orifice Search: This tool streamlines the process of selecting a metering orifice, allowing users to quickly identify the appropriate Wilger metering orifice in either Combo-Jet cap style or O-ring seal types suited for ORS manifolds or flow indicators. The feature includes an alternative rate option that facilitates determining the flow range of an orifice size without the need for manual calculations.

Ball Flow Indicator Search: A recent addition to Tip Wizard, this feature assists users in selecting the most suitable Wilger ball flow indicator column for their particular application. It also provides insights on which balls will best represent flow based on application rate and product density. The user-friendly interface significantly simplifies the process of deploying flow indicators.
